What we collect
Account data: your name, email, phone number and store name — what you type yourself when you sign up, book a consultation, or write to us.
Subscription data: your plan, when it started, and its status. We do not hold your card details — payment happens at the payment provider, and all that reaches us is whether it succeeded.
Technical data: IP address, browser, and pages visited. Used for operation, security and performance, and tied to your name only through your account.
Why we collect it
To run the service: provisioning your store, signing you in, sending your access details, and fulfilling your subscription.
To reach you: replying to your message, confirming your booking, and telling you what concerns your store or subscription.
For security: detecting unauthorised access attempts and protecting the stores we host.
We do not sell your data, rent it, or use it for third-party advertising.
Your store's data, and your customers'
Your products, orders and customer records are yours. We host and secure them, and use them for nothing beyond running your store.
A full export is available to you at any time from your dashboard — no request, no fee.
You remain responsible for your own obligations to your customers about their data, including your store's own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Service providers we need in order to operate: hosting, the payment provider, and the email provider. Each receives what its role requires and nothing more.
And where a competent authority makes a binding legal request.

Where it lives, and for how long
Your store's data is hosted on our servers in [ to fill: data-centre country ].
We keep your data for as long as your subscription runs. After cancellation it stays available for export for [ to fill: number of days ] days, then it is permanently deleted.
Billing records are kept for the period accounting law requires, even after the store is deleted.
Your rights, and how to use them
You may see your data, correct it, export it, and ask for it to be deleted.

We use cookies to remember your session, your language and your theme — we do not use advertising trackers.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we tell you by email before it takes effect.
